Job Description

The Assistant/Associate/Professor of Anatomy for the DeBusk College of
Osteopathic Medicine shall have the primary responsibilities of teaching first- and second-year medical students and shall be held accountable for the teaching obligations as it
contributes to the attainment of the mission of the University, the School, and the Department


Required Qualifications

PhD in Anatomy or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in health professions education utilizing
evidence-based pedagogies and strategies to increase student
engagement and inclusivity; experience teaching medical gross
anatomy with whole-body donor dissection-based labs;

ability/interest to contribute to embryology, histology,
neuroanatomy, and radiologic anatomy courses; active research
program that can include graduate and medical students; and

academic rank will be commensurate with training and experience.
Salary and research opportunities, including startup funds, are
negotiable
