Job Description
Applications to this pool will be utilized to fill part-time, non-tenure track, non-benefits eligible instructor positions on the Athens campus as student demand dictates. The number of Social Work courses offered each semester is largely dependent on student demand. Therefore, we often have the need for part-time instructors with very short notice. Such part-time positions will be filled utilizing qualified applicants from this pool. Applications will be accepted into the pool on an ongoing basis to teach practice or field courses. Instruct classes at the Graduate or Undergraduate level for Athens campus and/or online (e-campus).
Minimum Qualifications
Earned master's degree in social work at the time of appointment
Minimum of two years post-masters experience in social work practice
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed independent social worker
Experience and commitment to e-learning
