Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Department of Philosophy seeks part-time instructors for the 2026-2027 academic year to teach a sophomore-level course in Business Ethics. The expectation is for in-person, on-campus teaching

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master of Arts degree in Philosophy or Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Philosophy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience and ability to positively interact with all members of the campus community
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• College-level teaching experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Duties are generally performed inside and not exposed to adverse conditions.
• All work associated with this role must be performed within the state of Michigan.
