Essential Job Duties:
The Department of English is accepting applications for the position of Lecturer on a full- time and/or part-time basis in areas such as Composition, Literature, Linguistics, Film Studies and Screenwriting, Creative Writing and Professional Writing for Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
Other Work/Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
Minimum Experience/Education:
- Requires master's degree, an equivalent degree, or equivalent professional experience
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent teaching
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Special training or experience with online or blending/hybrid instruction is desirable
- Graduate coursework in writing pedagogy is preferred
