Ohio University's Regional Campuses are located in the following cities in the State of Ohio: Chillicothe; Eastern (St. Clairsville, OH), Lancaster, Southern (Ironton, OH), and Zanesville.
We are accepting applicants for a potential online adjunct faculty opening in Business Management for Fall 2026. The need for these positions is undetermined at this time and is dependent on operational needs including enrollment and staffing. If a need arises, the department will select candidates from this posting.

Job Description
Ohio University Regional Campuses are seeking a part-time instructor to teach a variety of online Business Management courses at the undergraduate level at the Chillicothe, Eastern (St. Clairsville) Lancaster, Southern (Ironton) and Zanesville campuses.
Positions will include teaching from 3 credit hours to up to 11 credit hours per term.
Specific course needs are:
MGT 2000: Introduction to Management
Understanding of and practice in solving problems facing managers and administrators using concepts and principles from behavioral sciences and other applicable disciplines. Fundamentals of management, planning, and organization are covered.
BMT 1150: Foundations of Quality and Continuous Improvement
History of the quality movement along with the current thinking and best practices for organization effectiveness. The quality of management and its responsibilities for overall effectiveness emphasized including process improvement and use of quality tools.
BMT 2000: Intro to Business Computing
Focuses on PC-based applications used in business and industry, such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation packages including web applications. Computer lab setting.
This is a part-time position eligible for sick leave and retirement benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
MBA and experience supervising or managing people.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in the field of instruction; teaching experience
