About the Department
The Department of Cyber and Computer Sciences includes 7 full-time and 7 adjunct faculty members. It offers:

The department hosts cutting-edge resources, including:
- Cyber Lab
- Cyber Range
- Citadel Security Operations Center (C-SOC)
- Malware Analysis and Detection (MAD) Lab
- Critical Infrastructure Hands-on Access Control and IoT Security (CHARIoTS) Lab
- Machine Intelligence and Data Analysis Systems (MIDAS) Lab
- Research on Aerial Defense in Unmanned Systems (RADIUS) Lab
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching undergraduate courses in cyber operations and computer science
- Teaching graduate courses in computer and information sciences or cybersecurity (Assistant Professor)
- Typical teaching load: 12 contact hours/week (Assistant Professor), 15 hours/week (Instructor)
- Student advising, scholarly activity, and service to the institution
Qualifications
For Tenure-Track Assistant Professor
- Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Cyber Operations, or closely related field (Required)
- Strong aptitude for teaching in Cyber Operations (Required)
- Engage students in scholarly research (Required)
- Ability to teach core computer science courses (Preferred)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Operations, or closely related field (Required)
- Strong aptitude for teaching in Cyber Operations (Required)
- Ability to teach core computer science courses (Preferred)
