On most afternoons you will receive training in classes such as First Aid, CPR/AED, Belay and Lead Climbing, Water Safety and the Environment, Career Planning, and more - Get Paid for an 8-Hour Day!

MAJOR DUTIES
- Supervises and leads YCC Crew Members.
- Performs grounds maintenance and landscaping duties; weeding, mulching, digging, raking, pruning, cutting, planting, site preparation, material removal and disposal.
- Tracks and submits project work logs and timesheets for YCC Crew Members.
- Collaborates with YCC Project Managers on daily and weekly work plans.
- Operates mechanical equipment; edgers, trimmers, mowers, augers, pumps.
- Assists with irrigation repair and maintenance.
- Assists with landscape maintenance and renovation projects.
- Attend required daily trainings.
- Responsible for daily tool and material inventory.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Must be between the ages of 18-25
- Must be a resident of NM
