The department of Anthropology and Sociology invites candidates to apply for Instructor of Sociology. This position will teach a variety of undergraduate courses.Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

What you'll do and what you'll bring:
Position Description:
Faculty may be needed to teach a variety of undergraduate courses, such as principles of sociology, family, gender and society, social interaction, globalization, and social problems both on campus or online during the spring and fall semesters.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Sociology from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Sociology from an accredited institution, and demonstrated excellence in teaching sociology a the postsecondary level. Experience teaching online classes. Area of specialization (as evidenced by coursework or teaching experience) congruent with departmental course needs. Commitment to high quality teaching is essential.
