We are accepting resumes/CVs for openings in the Department of Geography for academic year 2026-2027. Applications will be considered to fill a part-time, non-tenure track, non-benefits eligible instructor positions at the Athens campus.
Applications will be accepted through July 15, 2027.
The need for these positions is undetermined at this time and is dependent on operational need including enrollment and staffing. If a need arises, the department will select candidates from this posting. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue as needs arise throughout the year.

The selected candidates may teach a large introduction level class or combined undergraduate and graduate courses. Duties include student assessment and may include teaching a lab.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must have a Masters degree in Geography or related field and relevant teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD in Geography and have an established record of teaching.
