Job Duties
  • Track and process budgets, expenses, and financial reports for the Student Affairs department.
  • Assist with financial planning for events, programs, and departmental initiatives.
  • Process invoices and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with university policies.
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant staff.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the Student Affairs staff.
  • Manage calendars, including room reservations and participant availability.
  • Ensure timely communication of meeting details and logistical support.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with the creation and dissemination of departmental communications, including newsletters or announcements
  • Provide general administrative support to the Student Affairs office, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Student Affairs leadership
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment.
  • Assist with the coordination of student affairs events, workshops, and programs
  • Assist and serve on University Committees as needed.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as needed.
