Job Summary/Basic Function

This position is a Premier Physician Network position.

Wright State University and Premier Physician Network have entered into an enhanced affiliation agreement that will transform health care delivery in the Miami Valley and beyond. As part of this transformative collaboration, Wright State's Boonshoft School of Medicine and Premier Physician Network are seeking physicians with a demonstrated ability to enhance and elevate academic health organizations in their mission of clinical care, research, and education.

Together, we seek dynamic individuals with a comprehensive understanding of our mission of developing and overseeing innovative health care delivery models, sustaining excellence in clinical care, supporting academic endeavors and promoting and advancing research initiatives and scholarly activity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine
  • Must hold or be eligible for an Ohio medical license and DEA certification
  • Experience managing high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for faculty work, including teaching, quality improvement, and innovation
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within healthcare



Essential Functions and percent of time

Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine (WSU BSOM) and Premier Physician Network are seeking dynamic and motivated Hospitalist Faculty to join the Hospital Medicine Division within the Department of Medicine. This is a unique faculty position that offers the opportunity to work with medical students and internal medicine residents at a leading-edge health system recognized nationally for its excellence across numerous specialties.
