Soldiers Say the Army's Tuition Assistance Program is Broken -- and They're Getting Stuck With the Bill

Issues with the Army Tuition Assistance Program began when switching from a system called GoArmyEd to a new platform called ArmyIgnitED. Available to all soldiers, the program is meant to help pay for off-duty civilian education programs. Soldiers are saying that little progress has been made in helping them pay for classes and complete their educational goals.
