This first-of-its-kind program at ACE will offer invaluable insights and guidance to emerging leaders. All participants will have an opportunity to address and reflect on the complex roles of women leaders, broaden their understanding of the scope of leadership responsibility, and collaborate on mentee and mentor goals and expectations.
This complimentary pilot program, which begins in September 2022 and closes in April 2023, will select and match 30 pairs of mentors and mentees to engage in at least five virtual sessions over the course of the program. The deadline to apply is July 15.
