Servicemembers and Veterans in Higher Education Survey

“This Servicemembers and Veterans in Higher Education survey is being conducted by Warrior-Scholar Project (WSP) with the help of Combined Arms (CAX). The purpose of this survey is to understand the challenges, needs, and motivating factors of servicemembers and veterans who pursue, and do not pursue, higher education or vocational certifications.”

VA Delays Enrollment Management System Change

“ACE and more than three dozen other higher education associations and organizations sent a letter last week to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) expressing concern that a transition to a new enrollment management system could disrupt and delay critical veteran education benefits, including veterans' monthly housing allowances, particularly for new student veterans.”

“The Department of Veterans Affairs proposed changes to the 85/15 Rule that would make it significantly more difficult for our service members to take advantage of their GI BillĀ® benefits, and thus realize their secondary education goals.”
