Call for Submissions and Profiles: ISSUED Stories of Service
ISSUED is looking for stories by active-duty military, veterans, and family members—specifically, poetry and flash prose that expresses the spectrum of experiences within military life, including gender and sexuality, BIPOC voices, physical and mental health combat, enlisting and separating, family and relationships, and reintegration into society. ISSUED is also seeking nominations for profile subjects for their 2024 issue. Nominees must be veterans or military affiliated individuals doing extraordinary work for/within veteran communities.
