The HigherEdMilitary Advisory Council helps fulfill the mission and goals of HigherEdMilitary, along with guiding initiatives and enhancing programming based on trends occurring in the field.

HigherEdMilitary is honored to welcome Michael Brown to the advisory council.

Brown serves as the director of the Office of Veterans and Military Services at Villanova University. Brown's commitment to student veterans and military families in higher education has been exemplary. Brown is an active member of the military-affiliated community in higher education, presenting, writing, and advocating for better policies and services for veterans and their families.

He has so much experience and is well connected to so many veteran service organizations and other higher education institutions.
