Dr. Nicholas Whipps has a passion for unlocking the potential of all the people serves and believes that much of what we learn and how we grow in this life comes from the purposeful experiences we create and connections we make. He believes you can achieve anything you put your mind to through actionable goals that compound on one another. He is a devoted husband, an energetic dad, an avid outdoorsman, and a passionate higher education professional.
In Nick’s current position, he oversees military-affiliated students and helps international students. In this position Nick helps students with the transition from soldier to student, integrating into a new country and culture, GI Bill benefits, Visa requirements, and barriers such as PTSD and English as a second language.
Beyond current work responsibilities, Nick has a leadership consulting business and an active and engaging blog. Nick is an advocate of holistic education, lifelong learning, and the importance of making an impact on your community.
