Caroline Kenelly Herschbach is a U.S. Air Force veteran, ICF-credentialed coach, leadership development professional, and PhD student in Leadership Studies at Dallas Baptist University. In short, she enjoys learning, thinking, and talking about leadership.

Drawing on her experiences across military service, higher education, and the corporate sector, Caroline’s research and writing examine the intersection of how leadership identity is formed and how effective leaders are developed in real-world contexts. Her focus area is on professional women and female veterans, exploring the ways they understand and express leadership.
